How do I contact you?

Would you like more information about a specific product or have any questions about a delivery? Don’t hesitate to contact us. Our team are available Mon to Fri between 9am and 5pm and they’re ready to answer your questions. Email us at info@stlretail.co.uk

What are your opening times?

Our office is open: Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. But if you want to collect your order during these hours please email us on info@stlretail.co.uk to let us know the day you would like to collect and we will confirm via email.

What happens if I cancel my order?

If you want to cancel your order, please get in touch via email or in writing.

Can I pay for my order over the phone?

Unfortunately, not. For security reasons, we are unable to take orders over the phone or via email. Should you wish to order this would need to be completed on our website.

How Do I Open a Trade Account?

The easiest way is to Apply Online. Visit Trade Account Page.

Where are stocks held?

All stocks are held at our warehouse facility in London, United Kingdom and is shipped directly to the customer.

How much does delivery cost?

Trade Orders are delivered by Pallet and price varies. Please contact us about this.

Do you deliver outside of the UK?

We’re sorry but we cannot currently accept or deliver orders from outside the UK.
